San Miguel gets Adducul, 2 others in three-way trade
In an effort to bolster its injury-plagued roster, San Miguel Beer gained Romel Adducul from Barangay Ginebra and Lordy Tugade and Omanzie Rodriguez from Red Bull in a three-way trade late Wednesday evening. SMB coach Vincent "Chot" Reyes is hoping that the acquisition of the Adducul, Tugade and Rodriguez will stop the Beermenâs slide in the ongoing Talk N Text-PBA Cup. After three outings, the Beermen have yet to barge into the win column. The three will see action Friday when SMB faces Alaska Milk at the Ynares Center in Rizal province. In the three-way trade, the Beermen gave up Paolo Hubalde to the Gin Kings; and Migs Noble and Mark Kong plus two future first round picks to the Barakos. Red Bull also gained another first round pick from Barangay Ginebra. San Miguel Beer's key players Danny Seigle, Danilo Ildefonso and Brandon Cablay are currently out of commission because of various injuries. - GMANews.TV
