Mom Dionisia says her rosary tells Pacman will be safe

Dionisia Dapigaran Pacquiao said she did not sense any danger when she prayed for the safety of her son, Filipino boxing champ, Manny “Pacman" Pacquaio, who will fight against Jorge Solis at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas. Radio dzBB reported on Sunday that Pacman’s 57-year-old mother “did not feel any heat in her hands" while praying the rosary – which indicated that her son would be in good hands when he fights the 27-year old Mexican boxer. The report said Dionisia will first attend mass before she goes at Pacman’s mansion in General Santos City to watch the bout. Meanwhile, Pacman’s father, Rosalio Pacquaio will watch the fight at his newly-built house at the city’s San Isidro village that was given to him by his son. DzBB said Rosalio, will no longer sell goodies at the sidewalk of the city market after his son built for him a store near his new house. The report said people in the area will watch the fight at the city’s Lagao gymnasium, which could accommodate up to 8,000 individuals. Though most people in General Santos City were confident that Pacman would again win the fight, dzBB said most of those they interviewed kept mum when they were asked if Pacquiao would also emerge victorious in his congressional race. - GMANews.TV
