Stop Talking wins Philracom Imported Series II

Stop Talking, ridden by veteran jockey Jessie Guce, scored a surprised victory Sunday in the P.8 million Philracom Imported Series II at Santa Ana Park. It was Stop Talking's, a product of Real Quiet from Dynastar, fifth win in 14 runs inside the Philippine Racing Club, Inc's turf, giving his connections led by horse owner Franchino Pamintuan the top prize of P480,000. Only the third choice among five runners, Stop Talking posted a time of 1:40 flat (24', 24, 24' and 27) and even posted a three-horse length advantage over second placer Empire King at the finish line.
