Pacquiao mom rushed to hospital after fainting

The mother of Filipino boxing champion Emmanuel “Manny" Pacquiao was rushed to the St. Elizabeth Hospital after passing out Tuesday night in the boxer's residence in General Santos City. QTV’s Balitanghali reported that Dionisia Pacquiao remembered losing consciousness inside their house after she stepped out of the comfort room. The next thing she knew, she was already in the hospital. Dionisia said that before collapsing, she experienced dizziness and a difficulty in breathing. She added that she has been staying up late for several days before and after her son's rematch with Mexico's Marco Antonio Barrera. Attending doctors at the local hospital there attributed her condition to stress. The boxing champ’s mom is already in stable condition, who said she wanted to return to their house immediately. Doctors, however, advised against it, saying she needs to rest to fully recover. - GMANews.TV
