Sarina Bolden shines as Filipinas turn back Indonesia for AFF Women's semis spot
The Philippines turned back Indonesia, 4-1, to clinch a spot in the 2022 AFF Women's Championship!
In front of an audience of 1,474 at the Rizal Memorial Stadium in Manila, the Filipinas went hot in the second half of the match and made all of their goals after being down 0-1 at the end of the first half.
The Filipinas opened the second half with a goal from Tahnai Annis to equalize the match at the 48' mark.
It took around ten minutes for the Filipinas to take the lead from a Sarina Bolden goal, before she again put the Filipinas' lead to 3-1 at the 65th' mark.
Bolden then completed a hat trick just two minutes after to push the Philippines to 4-1.
This is the Philippines' fourth straight win in the tournament.
The group stage, however, is not yet over for the Filipinas as they will face Thailand on Tuesday.
