PH men's team draws Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Kuwait in Asian Games football; Filipinas with China, HK, Uzbekistan

The Philippine U23 men’s football team has been drawn into a group with Uzbekistan, Vietnam, and Kuwait for the upcoming Asian Games in Japan.

The official draw was held on Thursday.

On the women’s side, the Filipinas were drawn alongside China, Hong Kong, and Uzbekistan.

The Philippines will make its first appearance in the Asian Games football tournament since 1974 on the men’s side and since 1990 on the women’s side.
