LOOK: Carlos Yulo receives second gold medal in 2026 Asian Games

Carlos Yulo on Friday received the Philippines’ second gold medal in the 2026 Asian Games after ruling the men’s vault final.

Yulo posted an average score of 14.599, scoring 14.733 on his first vault and 14.466 on his second to rule the competition.

Iran’s Mahdi Olfati bagged the silver, while Hong Kong’s ng Ka Ki placed third to claim the bronze.

This is Yulo’s second gold medal in the Asian Games after ruling the men’s floor exercise on Thursday.
