Tennis: Patrombon, Reyes embark on Futures tour in Thailand

Jeson Patrombon and Fil-Italian Marc Reyes will participate in three straight events of the Chang International Tennis Federation Pro Circuit 2012 during the month of May.   The two young guns will play in the Thailand F1 Futures tourney from May 7 to 13.   Their next tournament, the F2 Futures, then kicks off immediately, from May 14 to 20.   The final leg of their Futures tour, F3, will be from May 21-27, with all three tournaments to be held at the Rama Garden Sports Complex in Bangkok, Thailand.   Patrombon finds himself ranked 16 in the main draw, while Reyes is ranked 18 in the qualifiers.   "This will serve as an integral part of Jason's preparation for the Davis Cup Group II Finals against Indonesia this September," said Coach Manny Tecson.   Patrombon is currently ranked 882nd in the world while Reyes is at 1448th. – Renee Fopalan/AMD, GMA News
