Antonio Lascuna produced a one-under-par 71 in the first round of the $300,000 SAIL-SBI Open with Thailand's Chapchai Nirat's and India's Khalin Joshi's six-under-par 66 each leading the way at the Delhi Golf Club in New Delhi, India on Wednesday.      [Related: Bayron continues quest for first Asian Tour title] Lascuna opened his round with routine pars at the back nine.  He began with a birdie on the first hole at the turn but bogeyed the fourth to get to even.  He salvaged an under-par card with a nice birdie on the eighth.      "It's supposed to be three-under," said Lascuna of his score if not for that careless mistake on number four.      Joshi and Chapchai, the latter of whom is aiming to end a four-year title drought, drilled in eight birdies as against two bogeys for a one-shot advantage over American Chan Kim, who topped the Asian Tour's Qualifying School in January.      Coincidentally, it was also in the SAIL-SBI where Nirat last hoisted a title in 2009, back when he set a new record of 32-under-par 256 total in a regular 72-hole tournament on the Asian Tour, which is celebrating its 10th fruitful year.      "My putting was very good. I made a lot of one putts, and about 27 or 28 overall," Chapchai said.      Chiragh Kumar of India led the local charge of four-under-par 68 for a share of fourth place with Siddikur Rahman of Bangladesh. Indians Shiv Kapur, Manav Jani and Abhishek Jha, Thai Namchok Tantipokakul, Spaniard Carlos Spigem and American Jason Knutzon were tied on 69s.      Elmer Salvador came away with an even par 72, mixing two birdies and two bogeys.  Jay Bayron was a shot back on 73 on an up-and-down card of three bogeys and only two birdies.  Miguel Tabuena struggled to a 78. - AMD, GMA News
