Top mixed martial arts stars Urijah Faber and Frankie Edgar both promises to leave no stone unturned when they square-off in Ultimate Fighting Championship's first event in the Philippines on Saturday at Mall of Asia Arena.
"Training camp went really well, I can't complain one bit. I trained eight hard weeks," said Faber in a packed press conference in Solaire.
"I'm gonna bring it from the beginning then I'll be looking for a finish and have a high paced fight. You got two skilled guys, two guys who are gonna go for the kill and I think it's gonna be fireworks."

The former UFC lightweight champion Edgar expects nothing less from Faber either as he looks to make a lasting impression in front of their Filipino fans come fight night.
"I bring it every time so I hope he brings it. That's what we came here to do -- we came here to fight, put on a show and we'll make it a night to remember," said Edgar.
"You don't see too many flaws in his (Faber) game. He's a mixed martial artist who can transition to each style pretty well. He can do it all, he's not like a one trick guy. He throws with a lot of speed, he goes for takedowns, he's got great submissions." -- JST, GMA News
