PHL caps off SEA Games with bronze in beach handball


The Philippines ended its 30th Southeast Asian Games campaign with a bronze medal on Wednesday in the men's beach handball at the Subic Tennis Court in Zambales.

The Philippines lost to Thailand, 0-2, to claim bronze.

Beach handball is an Olympic team sport where two squads pass and bounce or roll the ball, trying to throw it in the goal of the opponent.
