UFC fighter Mike Perry goes viral after punching old man in a restaurant altercation
Another day, another controversy for one of the fighters in the UFC.
Welterweight mixed martial arts fighter Mike Perry is in hot water after he was caught on video punching an old man in what appears to be an altercation inside a restaurant.
The video, less than two minutes long and was uploaded on social media, saw the fighter flattening an elderly man with one punch as he walked out of the entrance.
Insults and derogatory remarks were thrown, as Class A assault was charged on the fighter. He was not arrested, according to a report on mmafighting.com.

The fighter seemed unapologetic for what transpired.
“I hope judgment day is coming. I hope all you filthy mouth losers burn in the shithole sewers of hell. All you will see, smell & hear is nightmares of vomit and feces drowning you for eternity. Your life sucks so you hate on beauty you will never have but it will only get worse,” he wrote on Twitter.

He added, in part: “If you see us in public and you get too close, I’m gonna hit you. Social distancing says you gotta stay 6 feet away from us.”

This is not the first time that a UFC fighter was involved in an altercation. In August 2019, UFC superstar and former featherweight and lightweight world champion Conor McGregor were also caught on video for punching an elderly inside an Irish pub.
