Brock Lesnar is now a free agent as WWE contract expires—report

Brock Lesnar is a free agent after his contract with WWE has expired, ESPN reported on Tuesday.

The pro wrestling organization has also pulled out all of Lesnar's merchandise from its online store over the weekend.

Lesnar, 43, is a former UFC heavyweight world titleholder which he won via second-round technical knockout against Randy Couture at UFC 91.

He successfully defended the gold-plated strap twice before losing it to Cain Velasquez at UFC 121 via first-round technical knockout.

Lesnar last saw action against Mark Hunt at UFC 200 in July 2016, a fight he won but later overturned to no contest after he tested positive for an illegal substance.

With the news of his free agency, sports organizations are expected to make a pitch to Lesnar in an attempt to sign the American superstar. —MGP, GMA News
