Gov’t allows student-athletes to train in GCQ, MGCQ areas

The government’s COVID-19 task force has allowed student-athletes to resume training in areas under general community quarantine (GCQ) and modified general community quarantine (MGCQ), Malacañang said Monday.

Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque said the guidelines will be released by the Commission on Higher Education.

“‘Yung mga fans ng UAAP, magpa-practice na po ang ating mga teams," Roque said in a televised briefing.

Most areas in the country are under GCQ and MGCQ until September 30.—AOL, GMA News
