Omega welcomes former ML team of Execration ahead of MPL Philippines Season 8

The former Mobile Legends team of Execration has now found a new home in Omega Esports ahead of the MLBB Professional League Philippines Season 8.

In a press release on Monday, Omega welcomed the squad of Billy Jazha "Z4pnu" Alfonso, Renz Errol "Renzio" Cadua, Kiel Vj "Kielvj" Cruzem, Grant Duane "Kelra" Pillas, Patrick James "E2MAX" Caidic, and Joshua "Ch4knu" Mangilog.

The team bagged the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Southeast Asia Cup (MSC) title and fashioned a runner-up finish in the MPL Philippines Season 7.

"Thank you for welcoming us in this team. We will do our very best. For us, this is just the start of our journey and we promise to do the best that we can," Z4pnu said in Filipino.

Execration announced in June that it was looking for a new organization for its ML squad.

Omega, meanwhile, let go of its own ML roster weeks after the conclusion of the MPL Philippines Season 7.
