Blacklist arranges rematch with BTK after sweep of Evos SG in M3 World Championship lower bracket

Blacklist International's dominance was on full display as they scored a sweep of Evos Singapore, 3-0, to reach the lower bracket finals of the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang M3 World Championship on Saturday.

The win arranged a revenge game for the Filipinos against North America's BloodThirstyKings (BTK), who sent them to the lower bracket via a close 3-2 win in the upper bracket's first round.

Earlier in the day, BTK was swept by Onic Philippines in the upper bracket finals.

Blacklist quickly pounced on Evos SG scoring 5-0 wipeouts in the 8th and 10th minutes in Game 1 to pull ahead right away.

The Filipinos were so dominant in the opening frame as they posted an 18-2 kill annihilation in the 10-minute affair, 1-0.

Game 2 was no different with Blacklist sticking to their strong macro plays rampaging through Evos SG's map taking 15 kills in 13mins while only conceding one to reach match point, 2-0.

Salik "Hadji" Imam (Kagura) led the way with a 6-0-4 KDA while Kiel "OHEB" Soriano (Clint) was also perfect with a 6-0-3 KDA.

The Singaporeans had their best performance in the series in Game 3 scoring an all important 3-2 takedown in the 6th minute to establish some breathing room after Blacklist controlled the majority of the early game.

But OHEB (Natan) responded with a 9th minute triple kill followed by a maniac in the 10th minute off a 5-0 wipeout to once again take the upperhand.

Evos SG stayed resilient though and the Filipinos needed a decisive 5-1 wipeout in the 17th minute to complete the sweep.
