Christian Lee stops Ok Rae Yoon to reclaim ONE world title, Tang Kai defeats Thanh Le
Mixed martial arts sensation Christian Lee reclaimed the ONE featherweight world title following a second-round technical knockout over Ok Rae Yoon in their much-anticipated rematch in the main event of ONE 160 this Friday evening at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.
The 24-year-old Lee was off to a quick start as he went guns blazing in the opening round that saw him send Ok for a trip to the canvas twice. In round two, Lee landed a hard right hand on top that reduced his opponent to a knee.
Defenseless and pinned to the side of the cage, Lee followed up with a vicious barrage of knees which prompted the referee to halt the contest at the 1:00 mark of round two.
In the co-main event, Tang Kai became the first Chinese male ONE Championship world champion after he defeated Thanh Le by way of unanimous decision to claim the ONE featherweight world title.
