Hu Yong stops Filipino Geje Eustaquio in one

Hard-hitting Chinese striker Hu Yong scored his biggest win to date following a first-round knockout over ex-ONE flyweight world champion Geje Eustaquio at ONE 164 this Saturday at the Mall of Asia Arena.

Hu came out with a flying knee to start the contest then dropped Eustaquio with a combination. While on the mat, Eustaquio had submission attempts but was unable to force a tap.

Hu dominated the bout when they got back to their feet before landing a hard right hand that dropped Eustaquio again. Unable to defend himself, the referee halted the contest at the 4:43 mark of round one.
