JAKARTA — Filipino coach Michael Angelo "Arcadia" Bocado and home team RRQ Hoshi kept their campaign alive after denying Falcon Esports a reverse sweep and win, 3-2, in their lower bracket quarterfinals series in the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang M4 World Championship on Friday at the Tennis Indoor Stadium Senayan in Jakarta, Indonesia.
RRQ Hoshi, who fell prey to Blacklist International on Wednesday, will face the winner of the clash between compatriot Onic Esports and The Valley, who will slug it out later today.
Falcon, which is coached by a Filipino tactician as well in Steve "Dale" Vitug, will exit in the tournament that saw them upset a number of teams like S11 Gaming and Incendio Supremacy while also taking down Blacklist twice during their group stage stint.
Later today as well, Blacklist and Echo will square off for the right to enter the M4 grand finals. The loser, however, will drop to the lower bracket.
