As for the players, 16-year-old EXP laner Sanford "Sanford" Vinuya said he will give the money to his parents as is focus was simply on the championship and not on the prize pool.

"Lahat ng pera ko ibibigay ko sa parents ko, 'yung gusto ko lang is manalo kami, wala akong pakielam sa pera so parang 'yung pangarap ko talaga 'yung inaano ko dito, hindi 'yung prize pool," said Sanford, who was the MVP in crucial Game Three against the Codebreakers.

("I will give all of my money to my parents All I wanted was to win, I didn't care about the money. So I was just concerned about the dream, not the prize pool.")

Tristan "Yawi" Cabrera said he'll likewise share the blessings to his family, but said he will set some aside for his personal leisure, something that Alston "Sanji' Pabico and jungler Karl Gabriel "KarlTzy" Nepomuceno also said they would do.

"Bibigay ko rin sa parents ko, if may kailangang bilhin sa bahay or sa family, then 'yung iba naman, bibili ako kung ano 'yung magpapasaya sa akin," Yawi said.

("I'll also give it to my parents, if there are things we need to buy for the house or the family. But some of it, I'll buy what makes me happy.")

But Finals MVP Benedict "Bennyqt" Gonzales admitted that he has yet to put any thought to how to spend the earnings as he was still processing fact that Echo had dethroned Blacklist to claim the M4 world title.

"'Di ko po alam e, [kasi] pati 'yung pagiging champion namin hindi pa rin nagsisink-in sa akin," the Gold Laner said.

("I don't know, because even the fact that we're champions haven't sunk in yet for me.")
