Annie Ramirez gets another gold for Philippine jiu-jitsu in Cambodia SEA Games
The Philippine jiu-jitsu team copped another gold medal for the country as Annie Ramirez topped the women's ne-waza nogi 57kg event on Saturday in the 32nd Southeast Asian Games in Cambodia.
Ramirez defeated her competitors from Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam to achieve the best record and the country's sixth gold from the biennial meet.
This is Ramirez' third straight SEA Games gold as she also won in the 2019 and 2021 editions.

Back in the Hanoi Games, Ramirez competed in the 62 kg class.
On Thursday, jiu-jitsu's Kaila Napolis won the country's first gold medal in the Cambodia meet.
