Check out Echo and Blacklist International's groups for MSC 2023

The 12 participating teams in the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Southeast Asia Cup 2023 had their groups in the tournament set days ahead of the competition.

MPL Philippines Season 11 and reigning world titlist Echo is bunched in Group A where the Orcas will take on Fire Flux Impunity of Turkey and EVO Esports of Laos. Meanwhile, Blacklist International, the MPL runner-up, has been placed in Group D alongside MPL Malaysia Season 11 champion Todak and Team Occupy of Middle East and North Africa (MENA).

Onic Esports, the back-to-back MPL Indonesia champion, will lead Group C with Filipino import Kairi "Kairi" Rayosdelsol and coach Denver "Yeb" Miranda tipped to show the way as they go up against Team Outplay of North America and Burn x Flash of host Cambodia.

Group D is composed of Myanmar's Fenix Esports, Singapore's RSG, and another Indonesia representative EVOS Legends.

All eyes will be on Echo as the Philippine bet looks to complete a hat trick after having won both the world and the MPL titles in January and May, respectively.

But Blacklist is also chasing after history as the MSC chip remains the only missing piece in its trophy collection. The Codebreakers have three MPL titles and the M3 world championship in their bag while they also delivered a SEA Games gold medal when their core bannered SIbol during the biennial meet in Hanoi, Vietnam last year.

The MSC will kick off on June 10 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia with the group stage happening until June 13 while the playoffs will be from June 15 to 18.
