Alex Eala advances to W25 Yecla finals

Filipina tennis ace Alex Eala advanced to the finals of the W25 Yecla ITF tournament in Spain on Saturday (Spain time).

Eala defeated Argentina's Lucia Peyre, 6-3, 5-7, 6-4, in the semifinals to set up a duel against Valentina Ryser of Switzerland.

This is Eala's first shot at a pro title this year.

"Over the moon to be competing in my first final of the year!" Eala wrote in the caption of her post.

Eala will play the finals on Sunday (Spain time).
