Arcadia signs with Malaysian squad Yoodo, MP The King heads to Cambodia

Filipino Mobile Legends: Bang Bang head coach Michael "Arcadia" Bocado is bound for another overseas stint as he is set to join the Yoodo Red Giants in MPL Malaysia.

The team announced Arcadia's signing over the weekend, marking a new chapter in his coaching career.

Arcadia previously coached Indonesian powerhouse club RRQ Hoshi, which he steered to a second place finish in MPL Season 10 and a bronze in the M4 World Championships last January. However, he was let go by RRQ as the King of Kings suffered an early exit during the eleventh season of MPL Indonesia.

Arcadia, though, isn't the only Filipino flying abroad to join a foreign team with Michael "MP The King" Endino set to join Cambodia's See You Soon.

MP The King, who is coming off a stint with Omega Neos in the inaugural MDL Philippines Season 1, will join an SYS squad that finished second in the elimination round of the MPL Cambodia Spring 2023, before sweeping Burn X Flash in the upper bracket semifinals.

SYS, however, fell to CFU Gaming in the upper bracket final to arrange a rematch with Burn X Flash in the lower bracket. They lost that series as well with another Filipino import Mariu "Donut" Tan leading the way for the eventual champions Burn X Flash.
