Carlo Bumina-ang promises fireworks in first bout in ONE main roster

Bantamweight prospect Carlo Bumina-ang promises to deliver excitement when he takes on Asa Ten Pow in his first dance on the big stage in ONE Fight Night 24 on August 3 at the Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok.

Bumina-ang, who has a perfect mixed martial arts record of 6-0, earned a $100,000 contract to the main roster of ONE Championship after beating Chayan Oorzhak via submission last month.

"I want to show that I belong in the big league. Expect that this fight will be explosive just like my last fight. I will either knock him out or submit him," Bumina-ang said in Filipino.

Ten Pow, meanwhile, is coming off back-to-back stoppage wins under Muay Thai rules in his last two ONE Championship appearances.

Primarily known as a striker, Ten Pow has competed in Muay Thai, kickboxing, and MMA in his fight career.
