Hidilyn Diaz visits Philippine Olympians in Paris

The Philippines' first Olympic gold medalist Hidilyn Diaz is in Paris.

In her visit, Diaz joined the country's Olympians such as boxers Eumir Marcial and Hergie Bacyadan.

In an Instagram story, Diaz also posted her photo with Marcial with the caption "Heart to heart talk."

Diaz arrived just before the Filipino weightlifters start their campaign in the Summer Games.

John Ceniza will compete tonight at the men's 61kg event, while Elreen Ando will open her bid on Thursday at the women's 55kg. Vanessa Sarno, meanwhile, will play on early Saturday in the women's 59kg event.
