Carlo Bumina-ang scores first-round stoppage at ONE Fight Night 30

Carlo Bumina-ang of Team Lakay has added another stoppage victory to his record following a first-round technical knockout over Mauro Mastromarini at ONE Fight Night 30 earlier today in Bangkok.

Bumina-ang, 31, showcased his well-roundedness, looking a step ahead on the ground and feet throughout the contest.

Halfway through the round, Mastromarini got up from Bumina-ang's grappling only to take a couple of left hands on that that dropped him.

Down and defenseless on the ground, Bumina-ang unleashed more left hands to go for a finish, prompting the referee to wave the contest at the 2:45 mark of the opening stanza.

The win was Bumina-ang's second straight win via stoppage in the first round, improving his professional mixed martial arts record to 8-1.
