Chezka Centeno claims women's 10-ball silver in World Games

Chezka Centeno finished with a silver medal after falling short against China’s Han Yu, 6-7, in the women's 10-ball finals on Wednesday at the 2025 World Games in Chengdu, China.

This is the Philippines' third medal in the ongoing World Games following the silver medal of jiujitsu's Kaila Napolis and bronze of wushu's Carlos Baylon, Jr.

Earlier, Olympic boxer Hergie Bacyadan was relegated to the bronze medal match after falling short vs Portugal’s Catarina Dias in the kickboxing women's K1 -70kg semifinals.
