The Philippines' EJ Obiena seized his fourth straight gold medal after ruling the 2025 Southeast Asian Games men's pole vault finals on Tuesday.

The Filipina kickboxer stunned Thai foe Jantakarn Manoban, 2-1, in the 2025 SEA Games women's low kick 48kg finals on Tuesday.

The Philippines made a late run, but Indonesia just proved to be too much for them in a 17-25, 25-27, 24-26 loss in their final group stage clash in the 2025 SEA Games men's volleyball tournament on Tuesday in Thailand. 

Despite the loss, the Philippines will still advance to the semifinals by finishing second in their group. 

Eala ousted home bet Thasaporn Naklo, 6-1, 6-4 in the women's singles semifinals on Tuesday in Thailand.

Joanie Delgaco and Kristine Paraon made waves early on Tuesday as they clinched a gold medal in the 2025 SEA Games women's double sculls finals.
