Petro Gazz dominates Cignal for second win

The Petro Gazz Angels dominated the Cignal HD Spikers, 28-26, 25-18, 25-13, as last season's Reinforced Conference finalists met anew on Saturday in the 2023 PVL All-Filipino Conference at the PhilSports Arena.

Remy Palma and Grethcel Soltones led the Angels with their respective 15 and 14-point performances, with Palma making 10 attacks, four blocks, and an ace in the win which improved their standings to 2-1.

Ces Molina had 11 points for Cignal, while Rachel Anne Daquis had nine points in the loss which put them to 1-3.

Petro Gazz will be back in action on Thursday when they face the PLDT High Speed Hitters, while Cignal will try to bounce back on Saturday against the F2 Logistics Cargo Movers.
