Chery Tiggo bounces back at expense of Farm Fresh

Chery Tiggo returned to the win column at the expense of Farm Fresh, 21-25, 25-14, 25-17, 25-20, in the PVL All-Filipino Conference, Saturday at the Philsports Arena.

Caitlin Viray trimmed Farm Fresh's deficit to within three in the fourth set before Shaya Adorador scored the penultimate point. Joyme Cagande's service ace sealed the win for the Crossovers.

Ara Galang led the Crossovers with 20 points anchored on 15 attacks, four blocks, and an ace as Chery Tiggo improved to 5-3. Ces Robles had 21 points, while Cza Carandang added 12 points.

The win came after the Crossovers absorbed a reverse sweep loss against Petro Gazz last Tuesday.

Trisha Tubu, on the other hand, was the only double digit scorer for Farm Fresh with 15 points as the Foxies slipped to 3-4.
