Cignal returns to winning ways, sweeps Capital1

Cignal returned to its winning ways after sweeping Capital1, 25-12, 25-15, 25-17, Thursday in the PVL All-Filipino Conference at the Philsports Arena.

Judith Abil and Ishie Lalongisip starred with 13 points apiece, while Roselyn Doria-Aquino had 11 points as the HD Spikers improved to 6-3 to arrest their back-to-back losses against Creamline and PLDT.

No player scored in double digits for Capital1 as Trisha Genesis and Leila Cruz led the Solar Spikers with six points each. Capital1 slipped to 1-8.
