PVL: Italian Alessandro Lodi named new Farm Fresh head coach
Farm Fresh has added new foreign support for the squad as it tapped the services of Italian head coach Alessandro Lodi ahead of the new PVL season.
Lodi, a well-travelled tactician that saw him handle multiple teams in various continents, will replace Benson Bocboc at the helm as the latter focuses full-time on his coaching stint at the University of the Philippines.
“The arrival of Coach Alessandro Lodi as Farm Fresh’s new head coach and Coach Carlo Buzzichelli as Strong Group’s new strength and conditioning head marks a new chapter for our teams,” said Farm Fresh team manager Kiara Cruz in a statement.
“With Coach Fabio Menta already on board as our volleyball consultant, we've seen improvements across all SGA teams—from the pros to the collegiate level."
