In a separate report, Reuters runs a video on New Delhi's hazardous air pollution.
The video report said that India's top court has issued a work-from-home order over toxic pollution concerns in the country's capital.

Also, the court ordered authorities on Monday to "shut offices in the capital and nearby cities as officials seek ways to reduce hazardous air pollution that led to the closure of schools." —LBG, GMA News
