Two men rob dental clinic in Quezon City

Quezon City police are tracking down two robbers who held up a dental clinic after posing as customers.

 

The robbers took some P20,000 cash and several checks from the clinic, radio dzBB's Allan Gatus reported Sunday.

 

Sketchy initial information showed the incident occurred at the clinic along New York Street in the Immaculate Conception area.  

an initial investigation showed the suspects posed as patients, and then held up Dr. Carmela Bautista and her secretary.

 

They took P20,000 cash and three checks.

 

Police had been on alert for a possible rise in thefts and robberies as the Christmas season approaches. — LBG, GMA News
