Man falls to death from Mandaluyong tower's 28th floor

Police in Mandaluyong City are investigating the fatal fall of a man from the 28th floor of a building there before dawn Sunday. The victim, who was not immediately identified, had no pants, according to a report on dzBB radio early Sunday. Sketchy initial reports showed the man fell from the 28th floor of the GA Tower at the corner of Epifanio delos Santos Avenue and Boni Avenue in Mandaluyong City shortly after midnight Saturday.
