1 shot dead inside former lawmaker's house in Quezon City
A man was shot dead inside the house of former Rep. Nanette Daza in Quezon City Friday night, following what neighbors described as a heated argument. Police have taken in for questioning a Bulacan province board member after the incident, according to a report on dzBB radio early Saturday. Killed in the incident at Daza's house in Teachers' Village in Quezon City was Noel Orate Sr., said to be a suitor of the former congresswoman. Police investigators are now questioning Allan Robes, a Bulacan board member and husband of city councilor Jessica Daza, the former solon's daughter.
