Tuesday's heavy dawn rain has prompted the cancellation of classes in some Metro Manila cities and schools. Based on announcements by local government units and school authorities, classes are suspended in: LGUs Malabon City -  pre-school to high school level, both public and private schools Marikina City - morning classes from pre-school to high school levels

Pasay City - elementary to high school, both public and private Schools The University of Santo Tomas - all levels; office work suspended as well  Saint Paul University, Quezon City - grade school morning classes
