No more shirtless guys in public in San Juan City

The local government of San Juan City has banned shirtless men in public spaces, a television report on Tuesday said.

Under City Ordinance No. 8, any shirtless men found in public spaces will be fined P300 or face three to five days of jail time, a report aired on GMA News Tv’s “Balitanghali” said.

According to the report, the ordinance stated that as San Juan City is a "premier urban center," it should be a model of order and decency.
