Fire hits residential area in Gilmore, Quezon City; Task Force Alpha declared

A fire hit a residential area near the San Juan City fire substation on Gilmore Avenue, which straddles Quezon City and San Juan City, on Saturday night.

According to a Radio dzBB report, the fire hit the Gilmore Townhomes and was at Task Force Alpha past 11:00 p.m.

When Task Force Alpha is declared, fire trucks from different fire districts across Metro Manila are ordered to respond to the emergency.
