2 Chinese, 20 GROs in Pasay raid taken into NBI custody

Two Chinese women working as guest relations officers at a KTV bar were taken into the custody of the National Bureau of Investigation following a raid on a KTV bar in Pasay City early Thursday.

NBI Interpol agents also brought to the NBI head office in Manila some 20 other GROs working in the same bar, radio dzBB reported.

The report said the NBI agents are determining if some of the GROs are minors.

Lawyer Wilma Delgado of the NBI was quoted in the report as saying they placed the bar under surveillance for weeks.

The dzBB report said the NBI has invited the owner of the bar for questioning. — Joel Locsin /LBG, GMA News
