3 arrested for dumping human waste into QC creek

At least three people were arrested before dawn Thursday after they were caught dumping human waste into a creek in Quezon City.

Police caught the three dumping the liquid wastes from a truck into the creek and estero of Barangay Libis, radio dzBB's Manny Vargas reported.

An initial investigation showed the three worked for a company in Mandaluyong City.

Police are now tracking down their "backups" in three vehicles, who managed to elude arrest.

The three were brought to the Quezon City Police District Station 8 for further investigation over the dumping of hazardous waste. — Joel Locsin /LBG, GMA News
