Servando’s fellow neophytes testify at DOJ probe
Two of Guillo Servando's fellow neophytes who survived the Tau Gamma Phi fraternity's initiation rites on Thursday testified on the death of the 18-year-old sophomore student.
The two survivors, whose names are being withheld because they are minors, were presented during the Department of Justice's preliminary investigation on Servando's killing.
Attending the DOJ's first preliminary probe on the matter was Servando's father, Aurelio.
Servando, a second-year student of the De La Salle University-College of St. Benilde, was said to have undergone initiation rites of the Tau Gamma Phi fraternity inside a Makati residence.
Following the rites, the victim was brought to a hospital but was later declared dead on arrival by attending physicians at the Philippine General Hospital in Manila.
