Manila police: No parking around UST on Bar exam Sundays


Four roads around the University of Santo Tomas in Manila will be no-parking zones on the Sundays of October, when the Bar examinations are held.
 
The Manila Police District also said the stretch of Dapitan from Concepcion Street to Navarra Street will be closed from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Oct. 5, 12, 19 and 26.
 

In a traffic advisory for the four Sundays of October, the MPD said there will be "totally no parking" within the vicinity of UST including:
 
  • España Boulevard
  • A.H. Lacson Avenue
  • Dapitan
  • P. Noval
 
Vehicles will also be rerouted:
 
  • vehicles using Dapitan going to A. Mendoza may turn left at A.H. Lacson Avenue, and go straight to España to destination;
  • vehicles from southbound of A.H. Lacson Avenue shall go straight to España; and
  • vehicles from northbound of A.H. Lacson may take a U-turn at Aragon and go straight to España.
