PHLPost: Mail safe despite fire at QC Central Post Office

The Philippine Postal Corp. assured the public the letters, parcels and packages kept at the Quezon City Post Office were not affected by a fire that hit the facility early Thursday.

 

"All letters, parcels and items for delivery are intact. It's business as usual at the Quezon City Central Post Office," it said on social media.

 

A fire hit the Quezon City Central Post Office along NIA Road earlier Thursday but Postmaster-General Josefina dela Cruz said "mail matters under the custody of the QCCPO were not affected."
