LOOK: Metro Manila roads submerged in floods after Monday downpour

Roads were inundated by floods after portions of Metro Manila and nearby provinces experienced rains brought about by thunderstorms Monday afternoon.

 

In its 5 p.m. bulletin, PAGASA said the ridge of a high-pressure area is affecting Luzon.
