Fire damages Puregold Jr grocery in QC
The storage area and ceiling of the Puregold Jr. grocery store at the corner of Aurora Boulevard and Araneta Avenue in Quezon City caught fire early Saturday morning, Super Radyo dzBB's James Agustin reported.
The fire started at 12:38 a.m, reached the second, and was put out at 3:08 a.m.
According to the Bureau of Fire Protection-QC arson investigator SFO4 Jose Felipe Arezza the fire started in the storage area then spread to the grocery's ceiling.

— James Agustin ??? (@_jamesagustin) August 14, 2015The grocery's security officer was the first to spot the fire, and along with the manager and maintenance workers, evacuated from the store unscathed.
BFP-QC investigators were still looking into the fire's cause as of posting time, but property damage was estimated at P1 million. — DVM, GMA News
