MMDA: Number coding scheme lifted on Friday, Oct. 30
(Updated 2:07 p.m.) The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority on Wednesday announced the lifting of the number coding scheme from October 30 for all vehicles.
The MMDA said the number coding scheme will be lifted on the said dates due to All Saints' Day.

The MMDA also announced that the Department of Public Works and Highways will do concrete reblocking works on the southbound lane of EDSA, from Estrella to Buendia in Makati City from 11 p.m. of October 30 to 5 p.m. of November 2.
