Manila apartment-building fire affects 20 families
Some 20 families were affected after a two-story apartment building on Bataan Street, Sampaloc in Manila caught fire early Sunday morning, Super Radyo dzBB's James Agustin.
The fire broke out at 4:07 a.m., reached the third alarm, before it was put out at 5:04 a.m.
A resident was injured in the fire, while property damage was estimated at P200,000.

According to the Bureau of Fire Protection-National Capital Region's Assistant Regional Director for Operations Supt. Crispo Diaz, though they knew that the fire started at the apartment building's second floor, they were still trying to determine the fire's cause. — DVM, GMA News
