Victim sues FX passenger Musni, seeks P3M in damages
John Michael Musni, the UV Express passenger who was seen on a viral video verbally abusing a female passenger whom he also allegedly assaulted, was sued by his victim on Friday, GMA 7 late night news program "Saksi" reported.
The victim, accompanied by her lawyer Raymond Fortun, filed slight physical injuries, oral defamation, and slander by deed complaints against Musni at the Quezon City Prosecutor's Office.
The victim is seeking over P3 million in damages.
"If convicted, that would mean Mr. Musni would not be entitled to probation," Fortun explained.
"We are also determined, na para hindi po pamarisan ng ibang tao, na makakuha po ng danyos na mararamdaman ni Mr. Musni," he added.
A team was sent to Musni's apartment after the victim had filed a complaint with the QC's Police Station 5.
Musni, however, was nowhere to be found. — DVM, GMA News
